In accordance with the Circular Letter of the Minister of Manpower No. M/5/HK.04.00/VI/2019 regarding the Mandatory Competency Certification for positions in the field of Human Resource Management, the Faculty of Public Health, particularly the Master of Public Health program, organized a training and competency certification program on Human Resource Supervision for students and lecturers of FKM UNDIP.
This initiative was supported by LSP MSDM Brilliant, a certification body licensed by BNSP under license number BNSP-LSP-649-ID, which provided both the training and certification process. The competency recognition obtained through this certification enables students, as current or future professionals, to demonstrate their qualifications in the field of human resource management. The certification covered six licensed competency schemes, along with ten new schemes submitted to BNSP for approval by LSP Brilliant.
A total of 17 students from the Master of Public Health program and six lecturers from the Faculty of Public Health at Diponegoro University participated in the program. The training sessions took place on September 3 and 4, 2021, followed by the certification examination on September 5, 2021. One month after the training and examination, all 23 participants successfully passed the Human Resource Supervision competency certification.
