Requirements for participating in the Master’s Program:
1.Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (DIV) in a relevant health-related field.
2.Minimum GPA of 2.75 from an accredited university (except for the Master of Notary and Linguistics programs, which require a GPA of 3.0).
3.Diploma and transcript.
4.Academic recommendations from 2 individuals (can be S1 or D4 advisors, or direct supervisors with a minimum qualification of S2) (submitted online).
5.Statement of commitment to complete the study (provided in a specified format).
6.Letter of guarantee for payment of tuition fees (stamped with a 10,000 Rupiah duty stamp) (provided in a specified format).
7.Permission letter from the workplace (for those already employed) (provided in a specified format).
8.Overview/General description of the thesis research to be undertaken (if available).
Draft Research Proposal to be used as the Thesis Topic, to be presented during the examination/interview. The Research Proposal Draft is approximately 5 pages long, with the following structure:

h. Population and Research Sample
