The Quality Assurance Unit (Gugus Penjaminan Mutu or GPM) is a support unit for the study program that coordinates with the Faculty Quality Assurance Team (Tim Penjaminan Mutu Fakultas or TPMF). It is responsible for coordinating with the academic and student affairs vice dean in controlling standards and ensuring the quality of a study program.
The Quality Assurance Unit consists of:

In the development of the Academic Quality Assurance System, the Study Program Quality Assurance Team is tasked with assisting the Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Diponegoro University in:
1.Drafting Study Program Specifications (SP)
2.Developing Procedure Manuals (MP)
3.Formulating Work Instructions (IK)
4.Implementing quality learning processes in accordance with SP, MP, IK
5.Evaluating the implementation of the learning process
6.Evaluating the results of the learning process
7.Improving the learning process
8.Continuously refining SP, MP, and IK
9.Other tasks related to the development of the academic quality assurance system
10.Routine tasks of the Quality Assurance Unit include:
a.Compiling reports on the results of the evaluation of the learning process
b.Conducting semester learning process evaluations
