SEMARANG – Friday, 19/01/2024 The Master of Public Health Program, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro (FKM UNDIP), conducted a monitoring and evaluation activity for the thesis of the 2020 and 2021 cohorts. The event took place online using Zoom Meeting and was attended by 12 students from the 2020 cohort who have not graduated yet, and 28 students from the 2021 cohort who are still in progress. The monitoring and evaluation activity aimed to inform the program managers about the progress of each student’s thesis in each cohort, enabling them to take appropriate actions for each student. Additionally, it served as one of the strategies employed by the program managers to improve the overall graduation rate of the program.
The event began with an opening address by the Head of the Master of Public Health Program at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro, Dr. Dra. Ayun Sriatmi, M.Kes. It was followed by individual interviews with each student regarding the progress of their theses and the challenges they were facing. Subsequently, the program head provided advice and solutions to address the challenges related to the theses. Towards the end of the activity, the program head expressed the hope that students would complete their theses promptly, thereby shortening the overall graduation period for the program
