The guest lecture was held on Wednesday, September 21, 2021, with the topic “Opportunities and Challenges of One Data Health in Indonesia.” The lecture was conducted online via Zoom, with approximately 60 participants.

The One Data Indonesia initiative aims to regulate the governance of data produced by central and regional agencies to support planning, implementation, evaluation, and control of development. This policy seeks to establish accurate, up-to-date, integrated, and accessible data for users as a foundation for better governance in public health and other sectors.

The seven principles of One Data Indonesia include:

  1. National statistical system
  2. Public information freedom
  3. Copyright and intellectual property ownership
  4. Indonesian geospatial information system
  5. Fiscal policy for data
  6. Regional autonomy and decentralization
  7. National security, personal privacy, and commercial data confidentiality

The session was moderated by Farid Agusybana, SKM, DEA, PhD, Secretary of the Master of Public Health Program.
