In accordance with the maximum study period of four (4) years or eight (8) semesters for the Master’s Program, the study period for students of the Master of Public Health Program at the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University (FKM Undip) from the 2020 cohort is set to end in June 2023. Based on the monitoring and evaluation conducted by the program, 22 students from the 2020 cohort have yet to graduate due to difficulties in completing their final projects (theses).

To accelerate the completion of their final projects, the Master of Public Health Program at Undip organized an in-person (offline) assistance program. This activity took place from Monday, February 27, 2023, to Wednesday, March 1, 2023, from 08:00 to 16:00 in Room 211, Building D, Faculty of Public Health, Undip.

The event began with an opening speech by the Head of the Study Program, Dr. Dra. Ayun Sriatmi, M.Kes. She expressed her gratitude and welcomed back the 2020 cohort students, who had not been actively present on campus for the past two years. She also expressed hope that the final project assistance program would run smoothly, ultimately enabling all 22 remaining students from the 2020 cohort to graduate. The event then proceeded with intensive guidance provided by the program administrators.
