The Master of Public Health Program, Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University, organized an Educational Seminar Lecture on the topic “Population and Family Planning Policies in Reducing Stunting in Indonesia.” The event was conducted online and attended by approximately 149 participants, including undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students from the Faculty of Public Health, along with several faculty members and external participants from outside Diponegoro University.
The session was presented by Dr. Ukik Kusuma Kurniawan, SKM, MPS, MA, Deputy for Research and International Cooperation, National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) Central Office.
The event began with an opening speech by Dr. Budiyono, S.KM., M.Kes., Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University. He welcomed Dr. Ukik Kusuma Kurniawan and expressed his gratitude for his participation as a speaker. He also hoped that the lecture would provide valuable insights for all participants.
The session was moderated by Dr. Dra. Ayun Sriatmi, M.Kes. In his presentation, Dr. Ukik Kusuma Kurniawan discussed Population Development in Indonesia and Population and Family Planning Policies in Reducing Stunting in Indonesia.
At the end of the session, Dr. Dra. Ayun Sriatmi, M.Kes, Head of the Master of Public Health Program, delivered the closing remarks. She expressed her appreciation to the speaker, emphasizing that the knowledge shared was highly beneficial not only for Master of Public Health students but also for faculty members and other participants.
