SEMARANG – On Saturday, November 7, 2020, the Master of Public Health Program at FKM UNDIP, in collaboration with the Center for Health Policy & Management Studies at FK-KMK UGM, organized a “Workshop on Hospital Lean Management.” The training was attended by approximately 120 participants, including students specializing in Hospital Administration and several faculty members from the Master of Public Health Program at FKM UNDIP.
The event began with an opening speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, FKM UNDIP, Dr. Budiyono, SKM, M.Kes. He expressed his gratitude and welcomed Dr. Firman, SE, MPH for his willingness and presence as the keynote speaker. He also hoped that the materials presented by Dr. Firman would be beneficial for the workshop participants.
The workshop sessions included a pre-test, discussions, and a post-test to enhance the participants’ learning experience.
