The Visiting Professor lecture featured Dr. Usman Iqbal, an Assistant Professor from the College of Public Health, Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. The lecture focused on the topic “Big Data Issues and Its Support for the Decision-Making Process in Policy.”
The objective of this lecture was to provide insights into the current situation, challenges, and opportunities related to technological advancements and the rapid development of large-scale databases (big data). These vast datasets can be analyzed to generate valuable information that supports decision-making processes in the health sector, including hospitals and healthcare services.
This lecture was attended by students from the Master of Public Health program and other programs within the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University (FKM UNDIP).
