This guest lecture, delivered by an expert and alumnus of the Master of Public Health Program at FKM UNDIP, was presented by Prof. Dr. Pande Januraga, MKes, Ph.D., from the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. The lecture took place on Saturday, October 16, 2021, from 09:00 to 11:00 AM.
Master’s students at FKM UNDIP are required to publish two articles in accredited scientific journals (SINTA IV to SINTA I) or international journals as part of the Thesis Article Publication course, which carries 3 credits. Therefore, master’s students must develop the skills necessary to write articles based on their theses for publication in accredited national journals (SINTA) or international journals.
This lecture covered essential topics, including how to prepare thesis material for publication, how to write a scientific article while adhering to the target journal’s author guidelines, and how to select the most suitable journal from among hundreds of available scientific publications.
