The Alumni Teaching event featured Dr. Pujianto, MKes, Director of Mardi Rahayu Hospital, Kudus, as the speaker. The session covered various topics, including hospital financial management, human resource management—particularly remuneration policies—development of hospital flagship services, and how Mardi Rahayu Hospital responded to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As one of the leading private hospitals in Kudus Regency and its surrounding areas, Mardi Rahayu Hospital implements effective strategies in human resource management, financial management, and service development to ensure the hospital consistently delivers high-quality healthcare services that meet community expectations.
During the session, the speaker shared insights into the hospital’s management policies, along with practical tips to ensure the smooth implementation of these policies for optimal results. Additionally, he shared firsthand experiences of how Mardi Rahayu Hospital navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially during the peak period in June–July 2021, when Kudus recorded one of the highest surges in COVID-19 cases in Indonesia.
